The 1100L Vacuum Planetary Mixer is a proven high-efficiency and multifunctional mixer that meets users' needs for quickly changing operational processes. It can be customized according to customer requirements to handle materials of both high and low viscosity, with working volumes ranging from 5 liters to 2000 liters. The power is designed based on material viscosity, making it widely applicable in industries such as liquid silicone, lubricants, greases, silicone sealants, adhesives, cosmetics, chemical products, batteries, food, pharmaceuticals, and plastics. This mixer can operate in various production modes, with single-speed, dual-speed, and variable-speed options available to meet different process requirements. Inside the planetary mixer, there are three multi-layer folded-blade agitators arranged in a hump distribution. These three agitators (low-speed blades with bottom scraping) rotate around the axis of the tank while also spinning at high speeds around their own axes, creating complex movement of the materials inside the tank and subjecting them to intense shearing and kneading. One scraping device (edge scraper) made of stainless steel rotates around the tank axis, scraping materials stuck to the walls and bottom to ensure thorough mixing. The equipment has excellent sealing, can be vacuumed, and provides effective degassing and bubble removal. The tank cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the tank body can be moved freely, making operation very convenient.

Our company has designed three sets of multi-layer folded-blade agitator shafts (with bottom scraping) and one set of edge-scraping shafts for high-viscosity mixing equipment. During the rubber-making process, this setup not only shears the materials but also handles materials adhering to the edges of the tank, bringing them back to the center for further shearing and mixing. The equipment includes two stainless steel jacketed material tanks, which are easy to push and can be easily moved by one person. The jacketed design also allows for cooling functionality, enabling rapid cooling and temperature maintenance of materials. The discharge system is equipped with a pressing machine; after preparing the materials, simply push the tank into the machine, position it correctly, and proceed with extrusion and packaging.
